Prophetess Tamiko Stewart is the Founder of Tamiko Stewart International Ministries and National Women Empowerment. Prophetess Tamiko Stewart has been birthed out by her mother, Apostle Tycie Adams Shaw of Samaritan Unlimited Ministries. The word of God flows through her like a two-edged sword.
She is the quintessential essence of 2 Timothy 2:15. Once the Lord has used her to tear down, cut and break through strongholds, he uses her to put it all back together in Love.
Prophetess is sure in her calling and is not phased by titles, positions or religious appointments!
Psalm 75:6 says For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
Prophetess knew she had a calling on her life at an early age. She was saved early in life but ventured in the world and what it had to offer. She was raised by a seasoned, praying and anointed mother. She knew God and she knew his awesome power.
She preached her first message at age 16 at Pine Street Church of God in Douglas, Georgia. The Pastors were the Late Alphonso Johnson and currently Betty Johnson. She worked with the Youth Ministry and did Outreach in the Community.
Later in life Prophetess went back home to Sears Street Church of God By Faith in Douglas, Georgia. The Pastor is H.N. Turner and 1st Lady Precious Turner. While there she served as the Pastor's Secretary and founded Y.W.M. (Young Women's Ministry) which consisted of 50 plus women ages 16-30. They met weekly where Prophetess expounded, taught, preached, prophesied and prayed.
Upon moving to Rockford, Illinois Prophetess joined Living Word Missionary Full Gospel Church in Rockford, Illinois. The Pastors are Ulysses Smith and Co-Pastor Gladys Smith. While there she oversaw the W.O.W. - Women of Wisdom. The women meet the 1st and 3rd Friday each month. The group shared or however the Lord saw fit. She was passed this torch from Co-Pastor Gladys Smith.
While in the Chicago area, Prophetess partnered with and joined Glorious Life Worship Center in Blue Island, Illinois. The Pastors are Pagel and Karen Williams. Prophetess lead the Women Wednesday LifeNet Bible Study Group and Ladies Night Out.
Briefly, Prophetess Tamiko Stewart sat under the leadership of Pastor Frank Bussey and 1st Lady Lakitsa Bussey at the Empowerment Center International Ministries in Douglas, GA while Samaritan Unlimited Ministries in transition. While there, she was placed over the Leading Ladies Ministry.
Currently, Prophetess is a proud member of Samaritan Unlimited Ministries in Waycross, GA. The Pastor is Tycie Adams Shaw. Prophetess oversaw the Chicagoland Women Ministry while in Chicago and currently oversees the "Leading Ladies" Women Ministry in Waycross GA (National Women Empowerment).
Prophetess resides in Jacksonville, Florida and attends Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum Church.
From a professional standpoint Prophetess is the owner of the Minority Journal Newspaper and Kingdom Communications and Tamiko Magazine - Jacksonville'sPremier Gospel Magazine.
