´ó·¢¿ìÈýƽ̨ respectfully acknowledges that the Penticton, Kelowna and Vernon campuses are located on the lands of the Syilx Okanagan People and the Salmon Arm campus is located on the lands of the Secwépemc People. We honour our relations and hold up their knowledge, welcoming all to our house of learning.
Fall Orientation 2025 at a glance
International Orientation
Thursday, Aug. 28 – 8:30AM – 12:00PM
This orientation event is designed to welcome you to the Vernon campus and provide practical information to assist you with settling in your city. Snacks provided!
Welcome Day
Tuesday, Sept. 2 – 10:30AM – 2:30PM
Learn about the Vernon campus, meet other students and staff, enjoy refreshments and lunch, have a chance to win prizes, and chat with college staff and community partners.
First Day Fuel-Up
Wednesday, Sept. 3 – 9:00AM – 11:00AM
Come by the main entrance by the Theatre here on campus for free coffee, tea, & cookies! Hosted by your Vernon Student Association of ´ó·¢¿ìÈýƽ̨ (VSA´ó·¢¿ìÈýƽ̨)!

Pancakes overlooking Kalamalka Lake! If you missed First Day Fuel-Up, here’s your chance for a delicious pancake breakfast.
